How we use your information.

Last updated 2026-10-30.

A plain-language summary of what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What the contact form collects

When you send the contact form we receive what you enter: full name, business email, company, job title, country, area of interest, an optional message, and your confirmation that we may contact you. If you came from the Opening soon page, the request is marked “Early access”.

The time the request was sent is added to it.

How it reaches us

Your request is sent by email to the Steerline team, through an email delivery service. The website itself does not store it: there is no database behind this form.

To stop the form being misused, the website counts requests per network address, up to five an hour. The address is held in memory only, never written to disk or logged, and is cleared when the next request after that hour arrives or when the website restarts.

Why we use it and how long we keep it

Only to answer your request: to contact you, understand your portfolio and, for early access, tell you when the platform opens.

Your request is kept in the team’s mailbox only as long as we need it to reply and to follow up on what you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your choices

Sending the form is voluntary, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@steerline.app.

Other information

This site serves its fonts itself; your browser does not connect to any font provider.
